Quality Assurance & Manufacturing Process
At Ecomet Wire Industries Pvt. Ltd., quality is ensured at every stage of production through strict monitoring and testing procedures.
Each 2 MT aluminium coil received from our raw material supplier is accompanied by a certified chemical composition report. Before initiating production, every coil is independently re-tested in-house to verify its chemical composition and purity standards.
During the wire drawing process, the diameter is continuously monitored using advanced in-process gauging systems to maintain precise dimensional accuracy. After drawing, the wire undergoes a degreasing process to ensure a clean, oil-free surface finish.
The degreased wire is carefully wound layer by layer onto specially designed spools. Each spool contains jointless wire and is packed according to customer requirements, with weights ranging from 6.5 kg to 11 kg.
Tensile strength for every batch is tested in-house using calibrated tensile testing machines to ensure it meets specific customer specifications. Finished spools are securely packed in corrugated boxes as per client requirements and dispatched safely via road or sea transport.
